New Garage Door Installation in the Las Vegas Valley

The problem

The customer's older garage door had reached the point where replacement made more sense than another repair — and, like most garage doors, it was also the largest single element of the home's street face.

Diagnosis

A full replacement is a system job, not a panel swap: the door sections, tracks, springs, and hardware work as one machine, and the spring system must be matched to the exact weight of the new door for it to run safely.

The work

We removed the old door and installed the complete new door system — panels and all required hardware. The spring system was set up and balanced for the new door's weight, the weather seal was fitted, and the existing opener was connected and adjusted to the new door.

Safety checks

Final checks covered the full system: balance at mid-height, smooth full-travel operation, opener force and travel limits reset for the new door, and both safety-reversal tests passed.

The outcome

The home got a garage door that runs the way new doors should — and a significant curb-appeal improvement that the customer could see from the street the moment the job was done.
